Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Accounting or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recording accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting into the accounting software.
∎ Maintaining all financial records and books of accounts.
∎ Marinating cash & bank book, general ledger book, party ledger book, and other relevant registers.
∎ Preparing monthly, weekly reconciliation report.
∎ Assist in preparing of financial statements and necessary reports (monthly / quarterly) as required by the management. Assist in preparing of budget/ forecasting the variances and prepare cash flow statement.
∎ Preparing bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Fixed asset register maintenance, fixed asset accounting procedure, capitalization procedure, and depreciation calculation according to accounting procedures.
∎ Handle accounts payable and accounts receivables, monthly reconciliation thereof.
∎ Checking all kinds of bills submitted by vendors & others.
∎ Any kind of work as per Management decision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least (1-3) year(s) in a reputed organization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance.
∎ Sound knowledge on accounting standards; any accounting software, ERP.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Excel (Pivot table, Sum if, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Sum Ifs etc.)
∎ Ownership
∎ Team Player
∎ Tech savvy
