Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating, managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of Area Sales Executive, Territory Sales Officer & Sales Officer of assigned territory in a planned manner.
∎ Taking responsibility & leading own sales team to achieve the primary and secondary sales target & collection in given time.
∎ Spotting out market & route gaps, finding out the potential dealers, and enrolling new dealers for maximizing sales growth.
∎ Ensuring stock & visibility in-retailer shelf.
∎ Collecting dealer & retail customer feedback updated all types of sales-related documentation and provided updates to senior management.
∎ Observing, collecting information & analyzing competitor activity & strategies.
∎ Roll out deferent market trade promotion, consumer offer & marketing policy.
∎ Preparing & submitting monthly, quarterly & annual reports on primary & secondary sales, product stock, return, damaged product, and expiry product.
∎ Monitoring the daily, weekly, monthly performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Any other assignments were given by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 32 to 38 years
