Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the assigned area.
∎ 2. Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of area sales executives and sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and feedback to enhance their performance.
∎ 3. Monitor individual and team sales performance, set realistic sales targets, and implement measures to drive sales growth and meet objectives.
∎ 4. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
∎ 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ 6. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and sales metrics.
∎ 7. : Responsible for managing and allocating the sales budget efficiently to optimize resources and achieve maximum return on investment.
∎ 8. Stay informed about the company's products and services, understanding their features and benefits to effectively promote them to customers.
∎ 9. Conduct sales training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling
∎ 10. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to align strategies, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
∎ 11. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations during all sales activities
