Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including Sales Representatives and Account Executives. Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team success.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and client retention.
Sales Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts and monitor sales performance against targets.
