Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly visit plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular basis follow-up and discussions with team members.
∎ Sale analysis: Value wise and Product wise.
∎ Ensure payment and availability of products as per sales target.
∎ Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
∎ Build -up relationships with Doctor and Healthcare professions.
∎ Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly meetings of company.
∎ Keep up to date about company's products, services and schemes.
∎ Monitor activities, products and services of competitors.
∎ Motivate the team members to proper coverage of every corner of his market.
∎ Instruction as per market potentiality and follow up achievement daily basis.
∎ Complies with all instruction from management.
∎ Prepare & submit reports to Zonal Sales Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 2 to 3 years experience in similar position preferably any Pharmaceuticals.
∎ Inspiration and motivator.
∎ Team builder.
∎ Good networking ability.
∎ Good knowledge of area or region
∎ Good contact with doctors and chemists in own region
