Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the dealers.
∎ Ensure on time payment receivables from dealers.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the dealers and motivating them to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Collecting dealers' feedback and providing updates to senior management.
∎ Traveling to potential and existing dealers within an assigned area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
∎ Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with dealers to close sales.
∎ Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with dealers.
∎ Implementing a sales management process to assist the dealers in identifying and prioritizing key dealers and prospects.
∎ Creates business opportunities and negotiates for additional dealer partners.
∎ Do competitors check and report to the NSM for any important information gathered from the field.
∎ Bring new dealers on board and maintain relationships with existing dealers.
∎ Understand dealers and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.
∎ Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet dealers' expectations.
∎ Act as a bridge for communication between the dealers and the management team.
∎ Access, clarify and validate dealers needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high satisfaction rate
∎ Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
∎ Coordinate with dealer sales personnel and maximize sales.
∎ Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
∎ Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
