Job Context:
∎ Basumati Group is a forward thinking, dynamic conglomerate looking for honest, dynamic and experienced individuals as Area Sales Managers for its wide portfolio of automotive and industrial lubricants.
∎ Job Location: Outside Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have ability to sell lubricants, engine oils, hydraulic oils, transformer oils, industrial oils, brake oils, gear oils and grease oils at retail, wholesale and corporate level.
∎ Should possess ability to appoint dealers.
∎ Should possess the ability to achieve sales target level as per the target set by the company.
∎ Implement Sales and marketing strategies in accordance with the company's policy.
∎ Should be able to achieve sales target level by increasing good relationship with existing customers.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales report should be submitted according to the target level.

∎ Need to evaluate/forecast current/future sales trend and increase sales volume.
∎ Able to collect money along with sales.
∎ Need to conduct plan and market research.
∎ Regularly inspect retail, wholesale and corporate buyers and sellers. Monitor & supervise Subordinates.
∎ Monitor and supervise Credit Collection.
∎ Supervise & Maintain Inventory at Dealer point.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in sales and marketing of lubricants,
∎ Should be conversant in using computer, MS Office, email etc.
∎ Must be fluent in communication both in verbally and in written.
∎ Honest, dedicated, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Drive share gain in winning customers.
∎ Improve Gross margin through mix improvement with technical selling.
∎ Deliver price increase plan by value delivery to the customers.
∎ Ensure the collection of the debtors with the approved pay term.
∎ Motivate & inspire the team & get the best out of them.
∎ Supervise the other support teams of Customer services, Sales Administration to maximize business results & customer satisfaction.
∎ Contribution to other priorities of the company
∎ Live with Health & Safety culture.
∎ Stakeholder management.
∎ Collaboration with cross functional team.
∎ Having Experience in Dealer Management.
∎ Drive & deliver Company's Vision & Mission
