Educational Requirements:
∎ B.B.A/M.B.A or at least a bachelor's degree, and some may have a master's degree in business, management or related field. However, significant experience (1- 5 years or more) in the sales field, as a sales associate or in some other sales capacity, as well as proven leadership skills will help.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience Required especially on atta, Maida, Suji and poultry feed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
∎ Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
∎ Servicing the needs of your existing customers
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
∎ Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets
∎ Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Compiling and analysing sales figures
∎ Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research
∎ Reporting to senior managers
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors
∎ Any other task assign by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
