Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Area sales target & operational objectives by planning, monitoring, educating and motivating individuals, partners, retailer and team members.
∎ Take responsibility for the success-failure of the assigned area.
∎ Identify, analyze and solve the problems of the assigned area and use the resources provided by management to overcome the problems as soon as possible.
∎ Build a healthy and positive team atmosphere in the area which will allow them to collectively achieve the target in a cohesive manner.
∎ Search for new showrooms in potential locations in the assigned area.
∎ Develop existing sales strategy & plans and forecasts to achieve the business objective.
∎ Identify business opportunities to sell products.
∎ Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and sound in analysis and planning; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
∎ Guides preparation of sales activity reports and presents to senior management.
∎ Recommend guideline throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
∎ Develop & Lead a highly qualified sales team and strengthen business activities
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding the Retailer base.
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting target.
∎ Setting sales target for individual team mates.
∎ Develop and implement the trade coverage plan for the area in alignment of the National Operational Plan.
∎ Master Distributor Benchmark and special take care of key Partner's.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figure and take corrective measure for achieve Monthly, Quarterly & yearly target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ FMCG, Mobile device background
Salary: Negotiable
