∎ Century Agro Limited (Seeds & Crop Care Division, Product: Insecticides, Pesticides, Fertilizer, Rice Seed etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision of the concerned Field Team.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan in line with yearly marketing plan, product performance and competitor’s activities.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
∎ Monitor the product wise daily performance.
∎ Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
∎ Allocate the promotional materials and monitor their distribution.
∎ Conduct monthly meeting.
∎ Assist sales team to meet the monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Conduct conference & scientific seminars.
∎ Provide training to the field forces regarding their assigned products.
∎ Maximizing the target customer's awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with Farmers and Consultant.
∎ Frequent personal communication with the customers.
∎ Identify competitive situation and market variables in the field of Insecticides, Pesticides, Fertilizer, Rice Seed products.
∎ Frequent and objective reporting towards authority.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3-4 years experience in relevant field will be preferable.
∎ For experienced and competent candidates education and age may be relaxed.
∎ Good understanding on agricultural Sales & profession.
∎ Ability to ride motorcycle.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
