Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring SR with work.
∎ Plan, strategize and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
∎ Visit, manage, monitor, and inspect the everyday operations of Dealers & Retailers as per guidelines.
∎ Concentrate on increasing regular sales and collection.
∎ Have the ability to create new Dealers and Retailers in selected areas.
∎ Achieve the Monthly Sales and Collection target.
∎ Follow up the Branding Materials is appropriately distributed in Dealer House.
∎ Influence dealer to recover the monthly due amount.
∎ Prepare and submit Daily Activities Report and Sales Forecasting Report.
∎ Establish and maintain an effective business relationship with existing and potential customers.
∎ Complete daily assigned fieldwork.
∎ Attend the Monthly Sales Meeting in the Corporate Office in Dhaka.
∎ Provide accurate market data to develop, review, and execute marketing plans.
∎ Carefully follow up if the dealer claims for warranty issues and ensure the best after-sales service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 Years in this Area.
∎ Experienced in any reputed Multinational Company, Cosmetic & Toiletries company, Food & Beverage Company, Consumers Goods Company & Chemicals Company will be given Preference.
∎ Skills Required: Deal Closing, Direct Sales and Marketing, Networking and Communications Skills, Sales Executive, Maintain Dealer/Depot/SR
∎ Information technology
