∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target
∎ Drive and ensure primary and secondary sales.
∎ Monitor and coordinate the activities of the Territory Sales Officers and Distributors
∎ Maximize unit wise sales achievement
∎ Distributor appointment and management to ensure ROI.
∎ Controlling market returns.
∎ Expanding the Market coverage through distributors & new outlets.
∎ Formulating sales KPI and monitoring the performance of the team as per the KPI.
∎ Lead, and develop the Sales team to ensure team performance.
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors & set suitable sales strategies in the assigned area
∎ Establishing effective monitoring systems to evaluate progress against predefined timelines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Total 7 years of sales experience in Food industry including 2 years in Mid management position
∎ Positive attitude to work in an aggressive as well as competitive market

Salary: Negotiable
