Manufacturing (FMCG),Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies

• Manage Distributor/Dealer and ensure availability of products to the assigned territory.
• Monitor SR and Distributor/Dealer.
• Make territory wise sales plan and achieve monthly secondary sales target.
• Opening New Distributor/Dealer based on market coverage.
• Accompany sales representatives in the field periodically to build relationships with retailers and enhance market penetration.
• Collect orders from Distributor/Dealers based on market demand and ensure timely supply.
• Collect and manage distributor & retailer’s payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealer, retailers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth product distribution.
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to senior management.
• Achieve sales target.
• Make sure SKU wise sales.
• Working with SR and train SR.
