Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will be leading a defined sales region and a team of field consultants and implement the sales targets
∎ Develop your employees in terms of their abilities and personality and ensure strong team cohesion
∎ Develop and maintain appropriate contacts at all relevant customer levels to under- stand and secure the fulfillment of our customers' requirements and anticipate relevant development of the account
∎ Monitor daily operations in accordance with strategic objectives and take responsibility for sustained profitable sales and customer development in your sales territory
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 - 6 years of extensive experience in sales and sales management and/or corporate experience.
∎ Analytical and strategic capabilities
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to interpret performance data and derive measures
∎ Inclusive and collaborative personality along with a high success and goal orientation
