Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must be a qualified CA. Master's degree in Finance, Intl. Business, Economics from a recognized University will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Discipline
∎ Leading area of Accounts payable, General Ledger, Fixed assets, Direct taxation, Treasury and Audit operations:
∎ Month end closing and reporting in line with global deadlines
∎ Ensure compliance of global financial policies in line with local reporting standards/IFRS.
∎ Ensure Balance sheet reconciliation monthly basis
∎ Implementing controls on vendor master management
∎ Administer the processing of all invoices and issuing payments including foreign payment.
∎ Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment. Close liaison with global treasury team
∎ Planning and performing operational and financial audits
∎ Leading various projects in business to assist operations such as Autobank, Virtual banking, Concur & other automation projects.
∎ Contribute to periodical business planning process
∎ Leading tax audits and assessment with big 4 consultant and global tax team
∎ Finding opportunities for cost saving working with various function
∎ Contributing to improve in working capital management
∎ Management of Balance Sheet Narratives on quarterly basis and analyzing variances for various balance sheet General Ledgers; tracking the contents of accounts, creating portions of the financial statements, and writing related disclosures.
∎ Preparing & Analyzing key financial MIS: Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
∎ Leading team to prepare internal & statutory audit schedules on regular basis
∎ Coordinating with the tax team/consultants for computing & arranging of timely deposit of taxes (Income Tax, VAT etc), filing the returns for timely completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining taxation compliances, preparing tax plans and filing of direct & indirect tax returns, Income Tax, Service Tax & VAT in compliance with Statutory tax laws.
∎ Developing team on functional and technical competencies.
∎ Leading self-assessment of Internal Control System of the whole organization by working with a cross functional team.
∎ Key lead for corporate audit and mitigating the risk of above processes.
∎ Organization Performance
∎ Develop strategic financial initiatives to improve results and support management team in a variety of strategic and operational decisions
∎ Adjusts financial leverages to achieve business results and able to take remedial measures for lagging areas
∎ Monitor risks and drive sustainable value creation
∎ Continuous innovation to identify opportunities for automation/standardization of processes to enhance efficiency & quality.
∎ Training & Coaching
∎ Harmonizing with the team to prepare and present internal report to senior leadership on a regular basis, also for planning sessions
∎ Synchronizing with other operational teams to ensure timely payment to vendors, keeping a vigilant look over revenues.
∎ Supervising, training and development of team members, address performance issues, motivate and reward employees to enhance work performance. Foster high potential talent development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years related experience in Financial Planning and Accounting role in a multinational company. International exposure experience is a plus.
