Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming and greeting customers at retail outlet
∎ Encouraging customer to try the makeup brand
∎ Helping customers to choose the right shade for makeup
∎ Providing tips, ideas to potential customers
∎ Acquiring product knowledge and information on makeup
∎ Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
∎ Answering customers' questions about specific products/services
∎ Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
∎ Recommend other products that would go well with items a customer has chosen
∎ Ensure racks are fully stocked
∎ Manage returns of merchandise
∎ Manage testers and inventory
∎ Manage sales invoice and records
∎ Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
∎ Inform customers about discounts and special offers
∎ Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
∎ Stay up-to-date with new products/services
∎ Meeting Monthly sales target
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply, 1-3 years in retail sales or experience with cosmetics products will get priority.
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
∎ Basic Makeup Skills
∎ Understanding of the retail sales process
∎ Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
∎ Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
∎ Basic math skills
∎ Track record of achieving sales quotas
∎ Mindset towards reaching sales quotas consistently
∎ Understanding basic English, speaking English will be a plus
∎ Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
∎ Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
∎ Flexibility to work various shifts
Salary: Negotiable
