Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure a consultative sales approach that focuses on building a long term, value-based relationship with customers, penetrating them for further business
∎ Maximize the margin set by the LPG Sales and Marketing team while reducing the time and costs in managing them
∎ Developing sales strategies that ensures sales goal/target and profitability for Assigned Segment / Territory
∎ Formulating personal sales plan in line with sales goal/target
∎ Develop and analyze market intelligence for potential LPG customers.
∎ Monitor and report on competitor's activities
∎ Prepare action plans for team as well as individuals to ensure effective search of sales leads and prospects
∎ Visit dealer / retailer regularly
∎ Ensure timely payment from customer as per company policy
∎ Execute Sales & Technical Presentations to customers
∎ Arrange and execute seminars and events in line with Marketing Plan
∎ Maintain account ledger of all customers
∎ Reports to Head of Sales and Marketing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 (Eight) years blended experience in B2C / B2B & retail channel in FMCG/LPG
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Salary:
