Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Fisheries /BBA private university.
∎ Extra advantage Master's degree in Aquaculture/Fisheries with Bachelor's degree in Fisheries with honors from a reputed university.
∎ Educational Qualification may be considered for the highly experienced person.

∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Rajshahi, Sirajgonj, Mymensingh, Comilla & Dhaka Head office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development and Implementation of marketing/sales plan for selling Aerator, Biofloc Machine & Oxygen tablet.
∎ Find out the probable customers & provide them with all information regarding Aerator, Biofloc & Oxygen tablet.
∎ Creating new dealer, distributor and retailer.
∎ Analysis and solve technical problems come from fish-farmer, dealers and customers.
∎ Visit potential and existing customers to communicate about product, services and assess requirements in order to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs.
∎ Visit Fish & prawn project on weekly basis and provide technical support to the farmers as required.
∎ Achieve company's sales target set by the management and prepare periodic statement accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports.
∎ Collect and compile information from entrepreneurs, beneficiary farmers and other stake holders as required.
∎ Submit daily, monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual reports of achievements, challenges and lessons learned.
∎ Establish/maintain links with the Government Department of Fisheries at the district and upazila levels.
∎ Must have presentation skills. You have to present yourself and the product in a beautiful way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fish /prawn farming.
∎ Minimum of 0-2 years relevant work experience in the field of aquaculture, especially in Fish/prawn farming.
∎ Knowledge of aquaculture especially Fish/prawn farming techniques, land and water management.
∎ She must demonstrate team spirit in working with diversified team members.
∎ Should have pleasant personality with positive way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
