Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly and annual sales, distribution and collection targets.
Lead, train and monitor Territory Managers to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure regular market visits to strengthen product visibility and merchandising.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
Plan and execute trade promotions, offer campaigns and route-to-market activities.
Analyze area-wise sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Identify new market opportunities and ensure proper territory coverage.
Track competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
