Job Responsibilities:
∎ Specially develop sales person to field.
∎ Develop channels by exploring additional channel partners.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives.
∎ Searching & stars new distributors or dealer in related sales area.
∎ Interface with dealers to define requirements, prepare and present proposals, and sales and marketing support.
∎ Defines and directs the sales strategy for the region. Oversees the strategic development and implementation of sales strategy. Build strong relationships with key leaders, partners, stakeholders, and customers, internal or external to the sales organization.
∎ Grab market opportunity by focusing all products at the market level.
∎ Design and implement the strategic business plans in order to grow the regional business.
∎ Increase monthly sales volumes as per target and forecast for business trends to meet the assigned target.
∎ Maximize the trading size of the region by acceptable payment terms and settlement.
∎ Collect extensive information about market demand & supply, local products, business sessions & events, and product delivery systems.
∎ Manage & allocate sales target among the sales team with the appropriate commitment.
∎ Monitor daily sales tracking and sales variance by the frequent market visits and market opportunity assessments.
∎ Daily & regular reporting to the management on daily sales & periodical sales activity with performance.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual sales target & operational budget
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft office, Excel, Power point.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong research and analytical skills.
∎ Confident, self-driven, innovative, problem solving and excellent technical skills
∎ Leadership skills, Planning and organization skills
∎ Should be strives for excellence, dependable and trustworthy
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
