Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with experience in poultry, fish or cattle feed sales will be shortlisted.
∎ Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, or related fields will be given preference for the fish feed sales position.
∎ Able to ride motorcycle with a valid driving license.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

∎ Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales team and monitoring their performance.
∎ Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
∎ Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the management team.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide feedback, and set targets for improvement.
