Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all allocated outlets are ready in terms of product, people, promotion, layout, infrastructure
∎ Maximize profitability from each outlet
∎ Review sales data and create reports for Sales Manager
∎ Travel to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff
∎ Set target and motivate employees to achieve those
∎ Liaison with Supply Chain Management for smooth supply of products in time
∎ Liaison with IT to keep POS machine active all the time
∎ Liaison with Visual Merchandiser for outlet decoration
∎ Liaison with HR to fix the different motivational tools
∎ Train up outlet people to serve the best customer service
∎ Introduce competitive campaign among the outlet people to increase the sales growth
∎ Maintain statistical and financial records
∎ Review customer queries and complaints
∎ Monitor inventory, pricing and stock control
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent Communication skill
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Smart, Energetic
Salary: Negotiable
