Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring execution of all selling strategies, promotion to Jamuna Plaza and dealer's retailers.
∎ Ensure lifting Primary & secondary target achievement (Dealers to Market & Jamuna Plaza).
∎ Ensuring frequency wise RTM of every PO and Dealer's FF.
∎ Managing relations with dealers, wholesalers, retailers and consumers.
∎ Training, development & motivation of PM, PO and dealer's staffs.
∎ Ensure route wise order & payment accordingly submit to respective dealers.
∎ Follow up route wise product deliver & ensure customer service/ after sales service.
∎ Ensure Visiting Jamuna Plaza and watching inventory on regular basis.
∎ Execution promotional activities.
∎ Work with PO visiting route and confirmed on job training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates have showroom/plaza based experience will get privilege's.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Candidates experienced on selling electronics product will get preference.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills.
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
