Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Agriculture/Master in Agriculture (Preferred) /MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.
∎ At least 5 years' of working experience (which includes a minimum of 2 years in managerial position).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct and control the respective territory wise sales staff to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
∎ Assist Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to meet their sales target along with increasing productivity and offer them coaching, counseling, advising, supporting, training, motivating or providing information they need.
∎ Ensure to achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
∎ Ensure achievement of respective territory wise sales operational objectives by contributing territory sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining territory wise sales system improvements; implementing change as and when required in consultation with the supervisor.
∎ Meets territory wise sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Establish territory wise sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
∎ Maintaining and expanding customer base by counseling TSO of the respective area, building and maintaining rapport with key customers/dealer; identifying new customer/market opportunities.
∎ Achieve forecasted sales by following (and, if necessary, adjusting) written plan of action. Constantly strive toward continuing professional growth.
∎ Set performance norms for the TSO. Monitor each TSO's daily performance and compare it with that month's objective.
∎ Visit Frequently POS and Dealer/ Distribution point and solve trade queries and problems. Ensure optimum level of stocks at all times and effectively control distributor's performance;
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report and submit to the concerned authority on a regular basis;
∎ Prepare MIS to measure the market status keeping up to date with products and competitors. Analyze sales and distribution data and take corrective actions;
∎ Attend different meeting as per requirement as well as conduct meeting with team members;
∎ Visit field, find problems and provide solutions in consultation with relevant person/department;
∎ Make every effort to maximize both present and long term sales and gross profits;
∎ Provide administrative & logistics support to team and submit reports as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written forms.
∎ Able to work under pressure maintaining a highly positive attitude with minimum supervision.
∎ Possess leadership qualities, team player, aggressive and result-oriented.
∎ Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Channel sales & marketing knowledge.
∎ Willing to travel frequently and will be posted anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Able to drive motorbike having valid driving license.
Salary:
∎ Monthly salary will be offered BDT 30,000/- to 40,000 /- (or negotiable) based on experience and educational background.
