Malik & Company is a leading mango orchard farm dedicated to advancing agricultural practices and innovation in mango cultivation. Malik & Company has a wonderful mango orchard farm located in Dinajpur. We are seeking a motivated Orchard Management Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our research efforts in mango farming.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Sales & Marketing Officer (Potato) is responsible for promoting and selling potato-related products and services, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. This role is crucial for driving revenue and market growth within the potato industry.
∎ Ensure the smooth delivery of products to meet customer requirements efficiently.
∎ Take responsibility for ensuring timely credit recovery in accordance with company policies.
∎ Maintain records such as money receipts, sales invoices, and party ledgers accurately. Maintain proper books of accounts to record and report all related transactions to the appropriate personnel.
∎ Work on product promotional activities to expand the market by introducing and branding products to distributors, retailers, and farmers.
∎ Proactively work to increase and maximize sales volume while ensuring regular collections.
∎ Apply technical skills in line with the company's sales management strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in sales marketing within the pesticide or agricultural industry is preferred
∎ Self-motivated and target-driven
∎ Able to ride a motorcycle and have a valid driving license
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Sales and negotiation skills
∎ Communication, Field Visit, promotional activities
