Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage sales operations across assigned districts within the division
Drive revenue growth through B2B, B2C, and corporate channels
Recruit, train, and supervise Territory Sales Officers (TSO) and Corporate Sales Executives (CSE)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, and partners
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and team productivity
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and service delivery
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights
