Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily/Monthly/Yearly sales targets
∎ Business Operation KPI, i.e. Average Ticket Value, Basket Size, NFT Contribution, conversion rate, and productivity benchmarking.
∎ Store Profitability
∎ Area Profitability
∎ Coordination with the Product Management Team.
∎ Route plan with CDC team.
∎ Store-wise manpower plan.
∎ Development plan.
∎ Make Instore Promotion Calendar
∎ Coordinate with the Product Management team for offer/ Marketing for catchment communication & VM for Instore visibility.
∎ Driving on Up selling/Cross Selling/Multipair selling.
∎ Make availability of products
∎ Analyze Sell through & stock category-wise by store and coordinate with product management.
∎ To identify and forward planning for the top 100 articles.
∎ Daily monitoring of Business Metrics of a particular area (Store Wise).
∎ Slow Moving Stock Identification & Liquidation plan.
∎ Market working Plan as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
∎ Opening of new stores and closing non-profitable stores, as per management decision.
∎ Ensure Top line and EBITA as per agreed plan.
∎ Execute Instore Promotions
∎ VM/Store Facade execution
∎ Analyze store employees’ performance.
∎ Coordinate with HR for the development of employees.
∎ Conflict management by counseling.
∎ Monthly store visit as per plan.
∎ Supervise and monitor store’s stock level, cash calculation, petty cash, VM and promotional activities as per plan/target.
∎ Store’s operational costs control as per set target.
∎ On time update of License & other statutory documents & equipment.
∎ Stock & Cash: Responsible for stock and cash belonging to this particular area.
∎ People Management: Employee attrition and employee capacity building.
∎ Asset Management: Responsible for particular store’s fixed asset.
∎ Statutory Documents: Update all statutory documents of particular store.
∎ Government Agencies Query: Responsible to receive any government agencies letter and share with concerned employee of Apex Head office as per guidelines.
