Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer development, Dealer Management, Retail Outlets, Retail Sales and Marketing, Showroom Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reach the area goal both in terms of volume and units.
∎ Ensure to achieve all time-based goals for the best result.
∎ Manager will lead the team effectively and efficiently to achieve sales target.
∎ Monitor the activities of the Plaza managers and dealers.
∎ Keep track of the plaza manager and executive as well as dealer’s daily accomplishments and overall activity.
∎ Create and maintain a party list for the area.
∎ Check accurately all bills of the individual plaza generated.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies.
∎ Implement the merchandising activities by the manager in the plaza or dealer premises.
∎ Make sure all primary sales' receivables and credits are realized 100% on time.
∎ Train the Representatives for improving their product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ Ensure effective communication with upward (management) and downward (Manager/ PO/Sub-dealer/Dealer).
∎ Ensure and establish the sales administrative activities (attendance, leave etc.)
∎ Arrange feedback for the management regarding competitor’s activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4-5 year experience in Electronics Sales will get preference
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
