∎ Age: Maximum 45 years. Age limit will be considered for more skilled, experienced and qualified candidates
∎ Provision period is 03 months; however, the provision period may be reduced / increased based on the proficiency in the field.
∎ Must be willing to work in any area of ​​the organization.
∎ At the time of joining, a letter of guarantee must be provided as a guarantor from (02) parents/brothers/sisters/nearest relatives.
∎ You may be transferred to any relevant work area as per the needs of the organization.
∎ It is mandatory to drive a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
∎ The candidate must be honest, polite, hardworking and sincere in implementing the activities of the organization.
∎ Must be gender sensitive.
∎ Smokers need not apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing annual plans, preparing budgets and submitting progress reports of activities as per the plan and ensuring accountability.
∎ Ensuring that the association is verified as per the plan by the subordinate branch manager (such as verifying collection sheets and passbooks, preparing weekly reports, etc.)
∎ Achieving 100% target in the branches of the region as per the annual plan.
∎ Assisting in preparing all types of MIS and AIS reports of the branch accurately.
∎ Verifying and approving loans on the spot according to the savings and credit policies of the organization and sending the loan to the supervisor for approval after verifying the loan.
∎ Ensuring that loan applications are screened, loan distribution and collection, personnel management, weekly, monthly financial reports and all updated information are prepared on the computer.
∎ Taking measures to prevent financial corruption and irregularities, including verifying all accounting and financial matters of the subordinate branches.
∎ Ensuring proper management of the area and branch offices, implementation of official and administrative activities, staff supervision, monitoring and evaluation related work.
∎ Ensuring the work planning, supervision and accountability of subordinates.
∎ Regularly reporting the progress of the daily work of the area to the Director/Project Coordinator.
∎ Properly fulfilling the responsibilities assigned by the higher authorities from time to time.
∎ Taking effective steps to collect installments and prevent arrears
∎ Take effective steps to recover outstanding loan installments from overdue defaulters
∎ Must have proper knowledge of monthly advance plans regarding the progress of the branch. Must have the ability to ensure staff-based division of the monthly plan branch and implement the program.
∎ Must have the ability to verify the deposit return documents including ensuring the correct member is refunded and verify the accuracy of each transaction and match daily debit and credit vouchers with supporting vouchers.
∎ Prepare monthly report, ensure 100% reconciliation and updating of all registers including the branch's MIS and AIS registers.
∎ Must have the ability to manage staff and understand the work from the staff.
∎ Determine the plan for collection of dues and reduction of dues of the branches and keep the dues stable as per the plan.
∎ Must have the ability to reconcile bank balance with cash book and reconcile account-wise accounts.
∎ The company's policies must be followed in all cases. No work can be done that is contrary to the company's policies.
∎ Follow up on whether the discrepancies found during the audit are being corrected within the specified time and inform the concerned authorities.
∎ Maintain proper knowledge of the company's policies and every office circular, preserve it and implement it.
∎ Be prepared for any kind of work in the interest of the company as per the instructions of the authorities.
∎ IDEAL is a public welfare voluntary organization. Since 1987, it has been conducting various development activities in the southwestern remote areas of Bangladesh. The organization's MRA certificate number: - 01886-01501-00118. An Area Manager will be assigned for the organization's microfinance program. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing the overall affairs of the area. The responsibilities are as follows:
