• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Guide & monitor Sales and the distributor reps.
• To achieve the area sales targets as well as companies business objectives.
• Successful execution of sales & marketing activities in the area with merchandising guidelines. 
• Achievement of Area Sales Operations Plan
• Area of Sales : Savar, Dhamrai, Manikgonj, Ashulia, Gazipur, Tongi.
• Achievement of Area distribution target Main Activities:
• Identify business opportunities in the assigned area, formulate and execute business plan, in co-ordination with the channels as well as tapping the business potential
• Target agreement & splitting of the agreed targets with the respect to areas.
• Achieve sales targets.·    
• Streamline administrative operation of the area        
• Supervise the all activities of TSO, ASE, SO/SR as well as motivate & develop them.
• Set clear objectives: volume growth, distribution management, sales promotion.
• Develop an effective distribution network.  
• Lead & develop team members.
