Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and provide strength to the company's brand position in the assigned Marketing area.
∎ Development and execution of main focused marketing plans to reach vital customer segments.
∎ Interact with concerned officers to develop and supervise area marketing sales and business development and control expenditure budget.
∎ Present inputs to key stakeholders to define, maintain and validate about market updates and growth areas.
∎ Involve actively in Area Marketing Operations.
∎ Identify specific Area Marketing goals and objectives.
∎ Develop an execution plan and manage the field team by implementing a plan.
∎ Recommend strategies to integrate into area marketing plans.
∎ Analyze and supervise local competition.
∎ Evaluate productiveness and marketing initiatives ROI.
∎ Implement launch plans given by HQ Marketing team to teach distributors and sales force.
∎ Participate and assist the Marketing Director to direct developing creative strategies and media execution.
∎ Support Marketing director to manage crisis management and identify key product development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in lubricating oil/cement marketing will be preferred.
∎ Experience in dealer management, monitoring and managing marketing team
∎ High Communication skills.
∎ Capability to achieve target
∎ Should be willing to travel to any part of the country as and when required.
Salary: Negotiable
