Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Masters Degree in any discipline or relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to monitor and direction of sales department. And look forward to sales, collection and dues according to Budget.
∎ Responsible for properly generate prescription through doctor.
∎ Responsible to increase sales & collection every month and analysis growth rate.
∎ Responsible to monitor all field force activities and implement all circulation and company policy.
∎ Responsible to solve all kind of problems in the market.
∎ Responsible to visit doctors, chemist and khamar/Farms vigorously.
∎ Responsible to make time to time product and marketing strategy to improve sales & Collection.
∎ Responsible to take report everyday from field force of their daily activities and give them direction accordingly.
∎ Responsible to prepare monthly product wise sales target and submit to management one month advance.
∎ To prepare monthly budget of Sales and Marketing Department and submit to management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-4 years Experience in equivalent post.
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS word, MS excel & power point).

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per Industry Standard.
