Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Social Science (BSS), Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Health sector, AQUA MEDICINE, Sales & Marketing, Veterinary medicine
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement sales strategies to achieve target and increase market share
∎ Manage every team member, training and performance boosting.
∎ Review customer demand, market trends and competitors' activities to identify market opportunity and gap.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers in the assigned area.
∎ Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to immediate superior.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including sales and credit policies.
∎ Achieve sales targets by promoting products to veterinary professionals, prescribers and farms. Also maintaining connections with potential practitioners.
∎ Guide, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets besides planning and executing sales targets for all products of the company.
∎ To visit doctors/consultants on a regular basis to generate prescriptions
∎ Credit Control & Monitoring on assigned area.
∎ Organize the Prescribers meeting and Farmer's Group Meeting in the assigned area.
∎ Achieve monthly and annual targets with commitment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicants must have knowledge and experience in the Animal Health market.
∎ Smart, confident, and excellent communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of Input Industry: The candidate should have a thorough understanding of animal health inputs such as Feed, Nutritional, Hygiene, Drug, and should be aware of the local market trends and customers' needs.
∎ Candidate should be familiar with different marketing promotional activities.
∎ Customer Service: The candidate should be able to build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and queries.
∎ Time Management: The candidate should be able to manage their time efficiently to meet sales targets and attend to customer needs promptly.
∎ Computer Skills: The candidate should be proficient in using computers, including word-processing, spreadsheet software, and email.
∎ Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The candidate should be able to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and address customer problems.
∎ Teamwork: The candidate should be able to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
