Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating the sales opportunities in the assigned territories that have equitable workloads and that permit minimum level costs and time, as to secure maximum volume of sales at minimum cost.
∎ Directing, assisting and supervising Medical Information Officers/ Sr. Medical Information Officers in maintaining and improving the company's competitive position and in handling special sales or competitive problems.
∎ Evaluating all team members in the performance of all their duties and discuss about their performances to direct their attention towards areas where improvement is needed. Also informing Sales Manager on important personnel problems.
∎ Evaluating all fields Force's Doctors list, Monthly work plan, and Visit plan strategies for key accounts, helping each one to plan strategy for all assigned accounts and to develop new accounts.
∎ Monitoring day-to day activities of Team members to ensure all the promotional materials (printed material, gifts, samples etc) are being utilized properly, ethically and efficiently.
∎ Forecasting of annual sales of the territory and working with the personnel in estimating future sales in their territories so that accurate sales budget can be developed.
∎ Making double calls within his team members to ensure that all the activities are in line with the company's plans & policies and to evaluate their selling skill and other relevant knowledge.
∎ Disseminate scientific information to doctors on regular basis.
∎ Achieve sales target of the assigned area.
∎ Evaluate sales opportunities of the assigned area.
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies.
