∎ Direct sales experience with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience leading sizable field sales teams is a must.
∎ Area sales experience will be considered an added advantage.

∎ Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take accountability.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the Area Sales Team of Field Sales Associates and ensure proper coaching for the succession plan in line with the business targets.
∎ Overseeing the day-to-day sales operations of the sales team, including monitoring sales activities, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Monitoring sales performance against targets and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
∎ Coordinate with the in-house inventory and supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet demand, forecast future demand to optimize stock management processes, and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to the team members for continuous improvement.
∎ Regular field visits for market and competitor analysis, initiate sales growth and gap analysis, and recommend necessary initiatives.
∎ Coordination with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders for managing and monitoring end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) execution tracking.
∎ Taking the sales figures, examining them to identify any flaws in the system, and reporting these to the management.
∎ Job Summary: As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading the field sales team within your designated area. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth by effectively managing sales operations, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless coordination with the in-house inventory and supply chain team. You will play a pivotal role in implementing strategies to maximize sales opportunities, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand.
