Responsibilities & Context:
If necessary, the candidate will be required to work in Land sales and marketing.
Design & Planning: Lead architectural design, create technical drawings. Specialize in Interior projects (Residential, Commercial).
Conducting site analyses and creating space plans
Selecting materials, finishes, and furniture
Coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders
Developing interior design concepts and schemes
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals on building projects
Managing budgets and timelines for interior design projects.
Designing buildings and structures, considering factors like aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability
Creating detailed plans and blueprints for construction
Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
Overseeing budgeting and cost management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
