Design and development of a mega township project. The analysis of the following -
- Masterplan (Architectural designs, etc.)
- Transportation/Communication data
- DAP laws and other RAJUK laws
- Utility function
- Sustainable building materials
- Leeds targets
- Renewable energy use
- Financial analysis of the project
