• Strong knowledge of Architectural Drafting and Construction.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Draftsman/Civil Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both exterior and interior design and sound knowledge of construction processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with Architects and Engineers, providing daily support to ensure design excellence and seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Explore alternate design approaches as directed by Project Architect/Design Architect
• Gain an understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methods
• Software Skills: AutoCAD, SkecthUP, Lumion/V-Ray/D5
• Meticulous attention to details in Working Drawing is a MUST
