∎ Age at least 18 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach potential clients for architectural and interior design and construction services.
∎ Build and nurture long-term relationships with homeowners, real estate developers, corporate clients, and other decision-makers.
∎ Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and effectively present IQ Architects’ design and execution capabilities.
∎ Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and field visits.
∎ Coordinate with the design and technical team to deliver customized proposals and presentations.
∎ Promote ancillary products and services such as custom furniture, modular units, wall/flooring solutions, lighting, etc.
∎ Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client communication using CRM tools.
∎ Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Team Lead and a couple of Sales Executives to lead business development efforts for our interior and architectural design and construction services. The ideal candidate will also explore opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our interior-related products and services.
