Job Context

• Wedesign Studio is an interdisciplinary creative consultancy that provides aesthetically stunning, innovative solutions with unique styles. We listen to the client’s requirements and gear them towards achieving distinctive designs.

• We are looking for an experienced candidate for an Architect/ Senior Architect position who will be able to work for both Building and interior solutions.

• The candidate will be responsible for full projects from the starting part to the end part. He/She will be also responsible for project and construction management, project monitoring, and overall project coordination in both an effective and efficient manner.

• Candidates who have vast experience as an architect in any reputed Real Estate Company are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Professional design experience in designing residential large-scale projects

• Prepare detailed measurements, drawings, and layouts using AutoCAD and other relevant software.

• Create designs and working drawings for architectural and interior projects, including realistic 3D models and visualizations.

• Develop concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for both residential and commercial spaces.

• Design exterior and interior spaces, including retail, office, and furniture layouts, ensuring innovative and functional solutions.

• Prepare architecture RAJUK plans and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Utilize advanced tools such as SketchUp, V-Ray Render, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for design presentations.

• Oversee all project phases, including design, drafting, site supervision, and execution, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and workers for seamless implementation.

• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet project goals while adhering to budget constraints.

• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and site designs effectively.

• Select materials, furniture, finishes, and other design elements that align with project aesthetics and budget.

• Prepare cost estimates and ensure strategic decisions meet safety, sustainability, and quality standards.

• Provide supervision during implementation to ensure design integrity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.

• Minimum 08 years of experience in architecture, with a proven track record in real estate projects.

• IAB full membership required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in architectural and interior design projects.

• Excellent project management and coordination skills.

• In-depth knowledge of construction management, site planning, and design execution.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
