Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the hygiene business sector.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate records of current clients, past projects, and prospective leads.
Lead Tracking: Monitor architectural project opportunities and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) through various stages of the business development pipeline.
Marketing & Proposals: Assist the marketing or business development team in compiling project portfolios, case studies, and presentation materials.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on client demographics, win/loss ratios for bids, and upcoming renewal opportunities.
Communication: Help draft and manage mailings, newsletters, and invitations for firm events or project unveilings.
Bill Collection Support: Monitor outstanding client invoices, log payment statuses in the database, and issue friendly payment reminders to clients.
