• Age 28 to 35 years

• Must have Excellent Knowledge and practical experience of BNBC Building Codes, Fire, and Other Government regulations. Regulatory Codes, Revised/ Proposed DAP, Current and Revised/ Proposed Imarat Nirman Bidhimala, Special Committee Drawing, BC Committee Drawing, RajUK Approval, Civil Aviation Authority Approval Drawings.

• Must have practical experience in calculations, including FAR, construction, salable areas, etc., of the projects.

• Should have practical experience on Multi Stored Residential Building Design, Mixed-Use Building Design, Commercial Complex Design, Working Drawing & Detailing, Structural Drawing, As Built Drawing, Interior Design, Building and Interior Materials.

• Practical experience on MOQ, BOQ, PWD Schedule, Tender Document, International and Local Contract Agreement will be a Priority.

• Must be an expert on Auto CAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator software. Those who are familiar with 3Ds Max, V-ray are priority for selection.

• Ability to frequently visit of Site, Ongoing Projects, Consultant Office, Authority Office when required. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Should have experience in handling large-scale projects.

• Hardworking, honest, energetic, and polite in manner with a positive personality.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.

• Lead the conceptualization and development of Building design projects.

• Strong sense of space management and lead the design process, ensuring the project`s vision aligns with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals.

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: from ideation to final execution.

• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Conduct meetings with clients, need to visit projects, collaborate, & Report to the CRM department to discuss project requirements and updates.

• Produce and review architectural drawings, working drawings, structural drawings, electrical and plumbing drawings, plans, and 3D models.

• Introduce creative design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and environmental requirements.

• Mentor and guide junior architects and other team members, providing direction and support in the design and execution phases.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time. 

• Collaborate effectively with architects, 3D visualizers, and BOQ personnel to ensure precision and feasibility.

• Stay updated with new materials, trending concepts, and industry standards. 

• Ensure all drawings comply with industry codes, safety regulations, and best practices.

• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of designs.

• Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
