• BSc / MSc or Diploma in architecture/ civil engineering/Interior Design from a reputed public or private university.

• For Architect, minimum 2 years and for Sr. Architect minimum 5 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Lead architectural design, create technical drawings. Specialize in Interior projects (Residential, Commercial).

• Conducting site analyses and creating space plans

• Selecting materials, finishes, and furniture

• Coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders

• Developing interior design concepts and schemes

• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals on building projects

• Managing budgets and timelines for interior design projects.

• Designing buildings and structures, considering factors like aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability

• Creating detailed plans and blueprints for construction

• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise

• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws

• Overseeing budgeting and cost management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
