• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Architecture Firm

• Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Architecture

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Architecture Firm

• Age 20 to 40 years

• Residential & Commercial Architectural Design

• AutoCAD 2D Drawing, 3D,Animation, Correal ,Photoshop, Illustrator & Working Drawing, Rajuk Drawing, Max Ve-Ray Radaring, SketchUp 3D Modeling.

• Enscape / V-Ray Rendering

• Design Presentation & Client Revision

• Site Visit & Measurement

• Material Selection & Design Coordination

• Excellent design sense and project management capability.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects.

• Prepare architectural drawings, concepts, and design presentations.

• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.

• Supervise project progress and ensure design compliance during construction.

• Review and approve drawings prepared by junior architects and draftsmen.

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

• Communicate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Manage project timelines and ensure quality standards are maintained.
