Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• 3-4 years working experience in the architecture industry.
• High level of language proficiency (English and Bengali-both verbal and written).
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3DSMax or similar).
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to details even under pressure.

Position Overview:

Space Esse is seeking a highly skilled Architect or Engineer with proven expertise in working drawings, orthographic projections, material surveys, and a comprehensive understanding of BOQs. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between conceptual design and construction, ensuring technical accuracy and practical feasibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee working drawings, ensuring precision and alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare and analyze orthographic projections, technical layouts, and other detailed drawings.
• Conduct material surveys to recommend cost-effective, high-quality options tailored to project needs.
• Collaborate in the preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and streamline project execution.
• Monitor adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for all technical and project-related records.
