Education:
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Skills Required: 2D and 3D Design,3D Animation,BOQ Preparation,Client Handling,Interior Material Knowledge,Production Planning,site supervision
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 27 years
- In-depth knowledge of Interior Design materials and construction processes
- In-depth knowledge of Interior Design, 2d,3d
- Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, estimate,3Ds Max, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Capable to prepare creative Layout Plan, Furniture Layout by Auto CAD and 3D designs by Sketch up, 3D MAX, Vary and , animation,Photoshop etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Meet clients to present proposed designs.
- Project Pre-cost budget & actual report( Estimate prepare).
- Prepare detailed project estimates, BOQ, and cost analysis.
- Research and price materials, furnishing, fixtures and finishes specified in the design.
