Responsibilities & Context:
Applicants are encouraged to submit Portfolio with CV.
In-depth knowledge of Interior Design materials and construction processes
In-depth knowledge of Interior Design, 2d,3d
Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, estimate,3Ds Max, or similar).
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
Capable to prepare creative Layout Plan, Furniture Layout by Auto CAD and 3D designs by Sketch up, 3D MAX, animation,Photoshop etc.
Responsibilities & Context
Meet clients to present proposed designs.
Project Pre-cost budget & actual report( Estimate prepare).
Prepare detailed project estimates, BOQ, and cost analysis.
Research and price materials, furnishing, fixtures and finishes specified in the design.
