• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh,East West University,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference

Most Essential Software Skills Required:

• 3ds Max & V-Ray / Corona: The industry standard for high-end photorealistic rendering.
• SketchUp: Popular for quick modelling and spatial layout.
• Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion: Used for real-time rendering and walkthrough animations.

• Design the entire building, including exterior structures, safety features, and site layouts.
• Design interior spaces, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and usability.
• Study and apply space planning, color theory, and material selection principles.
• Select furniture, lighting, paint colors, and finishing materials.
• 3D Modelling: Create accurate digital models from CAD files, floor plans, and architectural sketches.
• Rendering: Produce realistic interior and exterior visualizations using lighting and material textures.
• Post-Production: Enhance final renders using image editing tools to align with design concepts.
