Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,North South University,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age At least 24 years

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience: 

• A professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Must be a Certified Architect with the relevant registration/license from the appropriate national or state body (e.g., IAB membership) with a clear certification for designing high-rise buildings.

• A minimum of 3 years of real-life, post-qualification professional experience in an architectural firm.

• Proven portfolio showcasing completed high-rise building projects and interior design work. 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. 

• In-depth knowledge of the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and local regulations.

·        Lead the architectural design process for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.

·        Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with the architectural vision.

·        Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

·        Create and present 3D models, renderings, and material boards to clients.

·        Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.

·        Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity is maintained during construction.

·        Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

·        Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

·        Liaise with clients to understand their needs, present proposals, and incorporate feedback.
