Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Experience in Rajuk & Cantonment Board Drawing, Exterior & Interior Design, Material Estimation, and Project Planning.
- Strong understanding of wood, metal, glass, paint, electric, sanitary, civil & HVAC works.
- Excellent 3D modeling and rendering skills.
- Sound knowledge in modern design concepts, materials, and resources.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion 3D, D5 Render, Enscape, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple design projects independently.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare Rajuk approval sheets and detailed 2D & 3D architectural drawings for exterior and interior designs.
- Develop concepts, plans, elevations, and sections with detailed working drawings.
- Create 3D models and renderings for presentations and client approvals.
- Coordinate effectively between clients, office, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and present client meeting presentations and project progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Conduct periodic site supervision to ensure design implementation.
- Develop landscaping and architectural detail drawings using standard design software.
- Estimate materials and quantities (BOQ & MOQ) as per market standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern design materials and market sources.
- Work collaboratively with the design and engineering team to meet project timelines and quality standards.
